Welcome to The Narrative Designer Blog!

Dear Friends and Fellow Storytellers,

Welcome to The Narrative Designer blog dedicated entirely to the art and craft of interactive narrative design, well, and just about anything else related. As someone who's spent a lifetime immersed in the world of interactive storytelling, I believe now more than ever in the power of interactive narratives to shape experiences, evoke emotions, and connect us all as a global community.

Since its inception almost 20 years ago, the landscape of interactive narrative design is constantly evolving, and with it comes endless possibilities for innovation and creativity. This blog is a place where we can explore those possibilities together—sharing insights, discussing challenges, and celebrating successes in our field.

When I created the Narrative Designer for THQ Global I did it solely to gain employment using my skills as a producer of interactive narrative experiences. The role now employs thousands worldwide in a range of specialized roles related to the production and development of story-driven experiences on and off-line.
